Seeing a shift in southern Ontario’s real estate landscape: homes are taking longer to sell across the board. Right now, condos are sitting on the market for an average of 36 days. We're also seeing increased time for semi-detached, detached, and townhouses. Townhouses, still a favorite for many buyers, are averaging around $900,000, while detached homes are at $1.2M.
